Is it possible to change the layout of a collection suite?

Aside from colour changes and print finishing, other changes can be accommodated but will incur a design fee which will depend on the nature of the change. For example, if you want to amend a pattern or positioning of text. If you are unsure just ask and we will happily let you know if your ideas are possible.

Are envelopes included with my order?

Every suite will come with a complimentary unaddressed white envelope unless you have chosen to upgrade your envelope on your order form. If upgrading, you can choose from an array of colours and also add address printing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order number for any of our collection suites is 25. After that however you can specify the exact number you need, you don’t have to order in multiples of 25.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Typically your order will take around 4-6 weeks from the receipt of your completed information questionnaire. This is dependant on you responding to queries and design proofs promptly and within the timescales set out. This will be longer if you opt for a speciality print.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

As all orders and custom and made to your specifications no refunds are available. If any damage has occurred in transit, we will endeavour to replace your item as quickly as possible in line with our terms and conditions

Bespoke Stationery

How far in advance can I book my stationery?

Bespoke stationery can be booked as far in advance as necessary. However, we cannot guarantee costs for weddings further than 18months in advance and therefore quotes provided may be subject to some changes.

When will my project actually start?

Even though you may have booked your stationery slot far in advance, we won’t typically start your design until about 6 months from your wedding day. This ensures you have ample time to gather the required information for your wedding invitations to be designed. Aiming for a completion date around 12 weeks before your big day.

Does the bespoke service cover all of my stationery?

The bespoke service can be tailored to cover all of your stationery needs, from save the dates and invitations to all you’re on the day needs, we can provide as much or as little as you need.

How do I place an order?

You can order all of your stationery right here on our website. For fully bespoke you can enquire here. If you are interested in a semi bespoke option, you can browse all of our collections here, to order simply click the suite you love and fill out the enquiry form on that page.

If you are a bespoke client we will plan out each item you need from Save the dates to Invitations and finally on the day stationery.

For collections you will need to specify on your enquiry form which item you need from the options available on the form.

How do I order a sample?

You can order individual samples or a luxury sample pack from our shop here.

What printing methods are available?

Hot Foil Printing
Hot foil is a process where your text or design will be pressed into you card using a metal block or plate. Typically used with metallic foils it leaves a beautiful impression in the card for an extra luxurious finish (it is our favourite)

Digital printing
With a variety of coloured printing, including white inks and metallic pigments digital printing offers a range of finishes without the impression. 

Die-cutting
While technically not a print method, die cutting is the method of cutting your stationery to a specific shape. It can be combined with either process above to take your design to the next level. 

How many invitations will I need?

We recommend one invitation per household. Normally slightly more than half your total number of guests plus a few spare invitations for those last minute additions, trust us these are nearly ALWAYS required and it can be costly to order a small quantity later
